BUILD

Homeowners checked your website. Then they called someone else.

Custom sites for contractors and trades, built around the one thing that matters: turning a search into a call or an estimate request. Fixed price before I start, live in about ten days.

The problem

Sound familiar?

  • Your work is better than the guy who is getting the jobs. His marketing is better than yours and that is the whole difference.
  • A homeowner finds you, opens your site on a phone in a driveway, waits, and taps back to the search results.
  • Facebook buries your best job under yesterday's posts. A website does not.
  • You are paying a lead platform for homeowners who called four other contractors the same afternoon.
Deliverables

What you get

Everything below is in the fixed quote.

Your actual work, shown the way homeowners want to see it: real photos, before and after, and the neighborhood it was in

An estimate request that takes under a minute on a phone with one hand

A page for each service you offer, so a search for one of them finds you directly

Your service area stated plainly, so you stop fielding calls from two hours away

Reviews pulled forward instead of buried on a third party site

Every file yours at launch, and no monthly fee to keep it online

Contractor sites start at $1,500. Most land at $3,200 once you add a page per service, the estimate flow, and the gallery. See full pricing.

CLIENT-CONFIRM: get a testimonial from one contractor or roofer and this problem disappears. Until then the contractor and roofer pages run without a testimonial block.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How much does a contractor website cost?

Starts at $1,500 for a five page site. Most contractor builds land around $3,200 once each service gets its own page and the estimate request is wired up. You get one fixed number on the call and it does not move.

Is a website really better than my Facebook page?

They do different jobs. Facebook keeps people who already know you warm. A website catches the homeowner who is searching for your trade right now and does not know you exist. You want both. Only one of them you own.

What do you need from me to start?

Photos of your work, your service list, and your service area. That is it. The call covers everything else and you do not have to write anything.

I am not good with computers. Is that a problem?

No. You will never touch the code. Content changes come to me and are usually done the same day, or you can have an editable setup if you want one. Say so on the call.

Do you build for specific trades?

Roofing gets its own page because storm and insurance searches behave differently. Painting, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general contracting are all covered here.
